One day wild Great Wall tour

Hiking the Wild Great Wall and the countryside ride

You will not only see the Great Wall, but also enjoy the panoramic ride in the mountains at North Beijing. We will make a stop at the Silver Pagodas, which is a site of majestic beauty with quite a Zen feeling. The ride will take you through some small Chinese villages until arriving to the Great Wall near Huang Hua Shang or Shengtengyu far from the crowds of tourists. Once arrived get your walking shoes on and start hiking up. And to reward your efforts, have a quality time savouring a French picnic on the top tower with view over the many branches of the surrounding wall.

One day Beijing in a glance city tour

A grand day out in Beijing!

Enjoy an entire day in the capital to see both new and old China. Explore the antique parts of the city driving through the ancient wall, Houhai Lake and many hutongs. Stop for a cup of tea at Gulou next to the Bell Tower before heading to some street market or Panjiayuan flea market (weekends only). Visit the most impressive Beijing imperial temples: Tian Tan (The Temple of Heaven) with joyfull Beijingers. You will also have some time to walk around the Summer Palace before heading to the Olympic sites. During the ride, you may have the chance to see much more: the new National Opera Theatre, the CCTV Tower, Confucius Temple, the White Pagoda, or even Jingshan Park (the charcoal hill) to admire the Forbidden City from the summit.

Equipment

Winter

Winter in Beijing can be pretty cold and windy. From November to the end of January temperatures can go below -0°; however showers are non existent.
We can provide tours even if it is cold but we advise you to wear very warm close, do not hesitate in wearing warm underwears like leggings, warm pull-over, gloves, etc…
We will provide a second coat that you can use while seated in the side-car to cover your body.
But don’t be afraid of the cold, some passengers already did the trip in winter and they enjoyed their trip even more! The Great Wall under the snow can be an amazing sightseeing!

Summer

On the other hand, summer in Beijing is very hot and there can be some very short showers.
Rains are hot and usually short and if it rains we provide rain gears.

Helmet

In China, wearing a helmet is compulsory on motorbikes but our three wheels machines are very stable and don’t feel in the same category, so it is up to you to decide whether to wear it or to hit the road with the hair in the wind.
